Accessibility

Mamaya Health is committed to digital accessibility. We believe mental health care should be reachable for everyone — and that includes the tools we build.

Our target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA on all public pages. Our staff platform follows the same guidelines where feasible, though some internal workflows (e.g., Kanban drag-and-drop) offer alternative keyboard paths.

What we’ve built for

  • Semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive elements.
  • Sufficient color contrast across brand palettes.
  • Keyboard navigation for every core workflow (intake, browsing providers, program enrollment).
  • Screen reader support, including descriptive link text (no “click here”).
  • Resizable text without horizontal scrolling on mobile.
  • Video content with captions and transcripts (in the programs curriculum).

Request an accommodation

If you need an alternative format (large print, accessible PDF, captioning in a specific language), a different intake method, or you’ve encountered an accessibility barrier on the site — please reach out.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time audit. We welcome feedback from users about where we can do better.

This statement describes our intent. A professional accessibility audit is queued before launch to verify WCAG 2.2 AA conformance across the public site and the staff platform.
