About

I’m Bria Jackson, LPC, a dedicated therapist with a deep commitment to helping people heal, grow, and feel truly seen. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and extensive experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) settings, I provide compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals navigating complex emotional and life challenges. My work is grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and clinical expertise. I’ve had the honor of supporting survivors of child sexual abuse and understand the importance of creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process trauma and rebuild trust. I also specialize in maternal mental health, with a particular passion for supporting Black women and other women of color through the often-overlooked emotional journey of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Whether you're navigating trauma, mood disorders, or life transitions, I strive to meet you with warmth, cultural humility, and unwavering respect. My goal is to make high-quality care accessible—especially to underserved communities—and to address disparities that too often leave people feeling unseen or unsupported. Clients often tell me they appreciate my relatable, down-to-earth approach. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I listen deeply, adapt to your needs, and walk beside you as you rediscover your strength, resilience, and voice. If you’re looking for a therapist who sees the whole you and honors your lived experience, I’m here and ready to support you. Reach out today to take that first step toward healing.
