Hi there! I work with children, adolescents, and young adults carrying trauma, exploring identity, or navigating life’s ups and downs. You know yourself best, and I’ll honor that in our work together. I believe healing happens when we can begin to see ourselves through a lens of resilience. You’ll always be in control of your story. I’ll be beside you to offer reflection, skills, and compassion as you uncover meaning, build coping skills, and move toward feeling more empowered. I have a special passion for working with children and adolescents.
